Can Touchpoint sync to my CRM?
Not natively yet, and this is the clearest gap between us. Native connectors are on the roadmap. If automatic CRM sync is a hard requirement today, TimelinesAI is the better choice and we would rather tell you that now.

Do they support group chats?
