Pricing questions
Is it really unlimited team members?
Yes. We bill per workspace, not per person. Adding your fifth agent, or your fifteenth, costs nothing extra. This is the main reason teams move to us from per-seat tools.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
The trial runs on the Pro feature set and does not need a card up front. When it ends you choose a plan. Your conversations and history stay where they are either way.
Do you charge per message?
Never. Because Touchpoint does not use the WhatsApp Business API, there are no conversation fees and no template pricing. The plan price is the whole price.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, in either direction, and the change takes effect on your next billing period.
Do you offer annual billing?
Not yet. Both plans are month to month today, and you can cancel whenever you like.
