Do you need the official API?
If you are in a regulated industry, need a verified business profile, or send at very high volume, use the WhatsApp Business API and pick a platform built on it. Everything else in this list, including us, connects ordinary numbers instead.
Does your work happen in groups?
Freight, wholesale and project work live in WhatsApp groups. The Business API cannot touch them at all, and support varies among the no-API tools. Check this before price.
How many people answer?
One or two, and pricing barely matters. Five or more, and per-seat billing is the single biggest cost difference in this category — often four times the total.
