How it works
From QR code to full visibility in five minutes.
No Meta approval. No new number for your customers to learn. Scan once and your entire history syncs into a shared inbox.
- STEP 01
Scan the QR
Link each business number the way you would link WhatsApp Web. Works with regular WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business — no API, no approval queue, no new hardware.
- WhatsApp → Settings
- Linked devices
- Link a device → point at the code
- STEP 02
Your history arrives
WhatsApp pushes the account history to the newly linked device. Chats, groups, contacts and media land in the inbox and become searchable — including voice notes, transcribed to text.
- Chats and groups
- Contacts and labels
- Media and voice notes
- STEP 03
Invite the team
Add everyone — team members are unlimited on every plan. Give agents access to the labels they own, or open the whole inbox. Every reply is attributed internally while customers only see your business number.
- Owner, admin, member, read-only
- Label-scoped access
- Per-message agent attribution
- STEP 04
Route, resolve, measure
Assign chats, raise tickets with an SLA clock, leave private notes, and watch response times and unanswered counts instead of guessing at them.
- Assignment and routing
- Tickets with due dates
- Response-time analytics
What doesn’t change
Same number. Same chats. Nothing to migrate.
This is the part teams find hardest to believe. You are not moving to a new platform, not asking customers to save a different number, and not rebuilding your contact list. You are adding a window onto a channel that was already running.
- Your number stays yours. Touchpoint links to it, it does not replace it. You can still use the phone directly whenever you want.
- No message templates. Because this is not the Business API, there is nothing to submit for approval and no 24-hour reply window to work around.
- Group chats work. Groups and communities appear in the inbox alongside one-to-one chats — the Business API cannot do this at all.
- Nothing per message. No conversation fees, no marketing-template pricing. The plan price is the price.
Questions
Setting it up
Which phone do I scan with?
The phone that owns the WhatsApp number. It is the same flow as linking WhatsApp Web: open WhatsApp, go to Settings, then Linked devices, then Link a device, and point the camera at the code on screen.
Does the phone need to stay online?
No. Once a number is linked it stays connected on its own, the same way a linked desktop keeps working when your phone is asleep. If a link drops, the number shows as disconnected in Settings and you re-scan once.
Will my customers notice anything?
No. They keep messaging the same number and see the same conversation thread. Linked devices are a normal WhatsApp feature and are not visible to the people you are chatting with.
How long does the history sync take?
Ten to twenty seconds for a small account, thirty to ninety seconds for two to five hundred chats, and two to four minutes for a thousand or more. WhatsApp pushes the history to the newly linked device, so the speed depends on their push rate rather than on us.
Can I disconnect a number later?
Yes, at any time, from Settings or from WhatsApp itself. Unlinking stops new messages syncing. Your existing conversation record stays in the workspace and remains exportable.
Five minutes from now, you could be looking at it.
Connect one number, watch the history land, and decide from there.
No credit card required.
