Solutions Marketing & creative agencies

The WhatsApp inbox for creative agencies.

Clients do not open a ticket — they message their account manager. A shared inbox makes those threads the agency’s rather than one person’s, so cover is possible and nothing falls between a chat and a deliverable.

Sound familiar?

What this looks like today

  • 1

The brief was in a chat, on one phone

A client sends the logo change, the copy tweak and the deadline in three messages on a Friday afternoon. The account manager means to write them up and does not. On Monday nobody else knows the request exists.

  • 2

Approvals happen where the work does not

Artwork gets signed off in a chat the designer never sees, and the version that ships is the one nobody approved.

  • 3

Leave is a single point of failure

One account manager, six live accounts, all on a personal number. When they are in a pitch or away, the agency goes quiet.

  • 4

Scope creep has no paper trail

The extra round was agreed in a voice note. At invoice time it is your word against theirs.

What changes

One inbox, and a record that stays.

A thread per client, with an owner

Assign the account to its manager. When that person is in a pitch, someone else picks it up and reads what was already agreed.

Label by account or by workstream

Filter the queue to one client, or to everything labelled Design, without scrolling a phone.

Turn a brief into tracked work

A request that arrived as a voice note becomes a ticket with a status and a due date, and stays visible until it is done.

Email and WhatsApp in one room

The client who messages today and emails tomorrow is one person, in one place, with one history.

A day in the inbox

Friday, 4:40pm

The client sends three changes and a Monday deadline as a voice note. It is transcribed on arrival, raised as a ticket with the deadline on it, and assigned to the designer. The account manager pins a private note about what is in scope and what is not. Nobody has to remember anything over the weekend.

The conversation below is illustrative — it is the real product interface, with an example thread in it.

Questions

Marketing & creative agencies — questions

Can a freelancer see only their client’s chats?

Yes. Access labels decide who sees which conversations, so a contractor sees the accounts they work on and nothing else.

Does the client know they are talking to a shared inbox?

No. They see messages from your business number as normal. Agent attribution is internal only.

Can we get the history out if we leave?

Yes. Conversations export on Pro, and you can take a copy whenever you want one — the record is yours, not ours.

Stop running your best channel off a phone in a drawer.

Connect your first number in five minutes. Keep the number, keep the history, and finally see the whole thing.

No credit card required.
